FAT COW TALLOW CO.

Tallow is one of the most healing and moisturizing substances for skin and hair. It's composition is so similar to human skin that it's easily absorbed and provides benefits like combatting inflamation, sun damage, wrinkles, acne, and dry skin.

Our tallow is sourced directly from our Belted Galloway cows, that are pasture raised and intensively rotated. The intensive rotation is beneficial for both the ecosystem (soil health, vegetation health) and the health of the cow. Research has shown that cows that have a diverse diet through intensive rotation have more nutrients in their beef and fat. That means more nutrient density in our tallow that can be absorbed directly into your skin!

After the beef fat is harvested, we slowly render it three times to get the quality and consistency we want. Then we add other natural ingredients, like beeswax, essential oils, and jojoba oil, in small batches to create our tallow products. Each one is hand mixed and bottled especially for YOU.
